Definitely. Use clay in a foot bath for soothing tired feet. Fill a foot tub with water, add a fistful of sea salt and crushed clay plus a few drops of rosemary oil and soak feet for an hour. Wonderfully relaxing!
When used on an open cut, clay helps stop bleeding and aids healing. Apply clay after covering the cut with a bit of gauze. Leave on for an hour. Re-apply several times during the day.
